CONSULTA PÚBLICA N° 25, Proposta de alteração do Procedimento Operacional para Marcação da Identificação da Homologação Anatel em Produtos para Telecomunicações, aprovado pelo Ato nº 4088, de 31 de julho de 2020.
Proposta de alteração do Procedimento Operacional para Marcação da Identificação da Homologação Anatel em Produtos para Telecomunicações, aprovado pelo Ato nº 4088, de 31 de julho de 2020, visando prorrogar a entrada em vigor das obrigações estabelecidas no item 5.2.1 e incluir neste item a exceção dos produtos que sejam regulados pela Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária – ANVISA.
A CP inicia em 17/05/2021, com para recebimento de contribuições até 25/06/2021 (40 dias).

We highlight the following:
PUBLIC CONSULTATION No. 25, Proposal to change the Operational Procedure for Marking Anatel Homologation Identification in Telecommunications Products, approved by Act No. 4088, of July 31, 2020.
Proposed amendment to the Operational Procedure for Marking Anatel Homologation Identification in Telecommunications Products, approved by Act No. 4088, of July 31, 2020, aiming to extend the entry into force of the obligations established in item 5.2.1 and include in this item the exception of products that are regulated by the National Health Surveillance Agency – ANVISA.
The CP starts on 05/17/2021, with the receipt of contributions until 06/25/2021 (40 days).
