NCC NEWS | Esclarecimento sobre lacre de amostra de produto para processo inicial, manutenção e recertificação (RGCP)

Prezados(as),

– Certificação inicial e recertificação
A NCC irá selecionar e lacrar as amostras do objeto a ser certificado. A coleta de amostras para envio ao laboratório será acordada entre o Fornecedor solicitante da certificação e a NCC.

– Coleta de amostras para ensaios de manutenção da Certificação.
Informamos que o RGCP, estabelece que as amostras para manutenção devem ser coletadas ou compradas pela NCC no COMÉRCIO, sendo que neste caso a NCC acordará com solicitante da certificação a COLETA/COMPRA DA AMOSTRAS. Alternativamente a este item, informamos que podemos realizar a COLETA de amostras na ÁREA DE EXPEDIÇÃO DA UNIDADE FABRIL ou CENTRO DE DISTRIBUIÇÃO sendo que nestes casos não é permitido a NCC:

  • Emitir aviso prévio para esta COLETA; e
  • Realizar a COLETA no período de auditoria.

Os itens acima são válidos para todas as portarias em que a NCC está acreditada, exceto nos casos em que o REGULAMENTO ESPECÍFICO estabeleça disposição contraria e/ou complementar. Exemplo Portaria Inmetro 384/2020.

Clarification on product sample seal for initial process, maintenance and recertification (RGCP)

Dear all

– Initial certification and recertification
NCC will select and seal the samples of the object to be certified. The collection of samples to be sent to the laboratory will be agreed between the Supplier requesting certification and NCC.

– Collection of samples for certification maintenance
We inform that the RGCP establishes that the samples for maintenance must be collected or purchased by NCC in the TRADE, in which case the NCC will agree with the applicant for certification the COLLECTION / PURCHASE OF THE SAMPLES. As an alternative to this item, we inform you that we can collect samples in the SHIPMENT AREA OF THE MANUFACTURING UNIT or DISTRIBUTION CENTER, in which case the NCC is not allowed:

  • Issue prior notice for this COLLECTION; It is
  • Will carry out such COLLECTION during the audit period.

The above items are valid for all ordinances in which NCC is accredited, except in cases where the SPECIFIC REGULATION establishes contrary and/or complementary provision. Example Inmetro Ordinance 384/2020.
