Destacamos a que segue:
CONSULTA PÚBLICA Nº 52, Revisão da regulamentação de uso de radiofrequências associadas à prestação do STFC, SCM e SMP, constante do item nº 18 da Agenda Regulatória da Anatel para o biênio 2021-2022.
A mencionada iniciativa originou-se no âmbito do item 36 da Agenda Regulatória 2019-2020 e tem por objeto revisar a regulamentação de condições de uso do espectro de radiofrequências destinado ao STFC, SCM e SMP, no tocante aos requisitos técnicos, conforme diretrizes previstas no Acórdão nº 651, de 1º de novembro de 2018, e no documento Proposta de Atuações Regulatórias, bem como das obrigações de consolidação dos normativos por temática, trazidas por meio do Decreto nº 10.139, de 28 de novembro de 2019. Adicionalmente, o projeto inclui a discussão da canalização das faixas destinadas ao Serviço Móvel Pessoal – SMP, especialmente as faixas de 850 MHz, 900 MHz e 1.800 MHz destinadas por meio das Resoluções nº 454, de 11 de dezembro de 2006.
A CP teve início em 06/10/2021, com prazo para recebimento de contribuições até 22/11/2021 (48 dias).

We highlight the following:
PUBLIC CONSULTATION No.52, Review of the regulation of use of radio frequencies associated with the provision of STFC, SCM and SMP, contained in item no. 18 of Anatel’s Regulatory Agenda for the 2021-2022 biennium.
The aforementioned initiative originated under item 36 of the 2019-2020 Regulatory Agenda and aims to review the regulation of conditions of use of the radio spectrum for STFC, SCM and SMP, with regard to technical requirements, according to the guidelines provided for in Judgment No. 651, of November 1, 2018, and in the Proposal for Regulatory Actions, as well as the obligations to consolidate regulations by theme, brought by Decree No. 10.139, of November 28, 2019. In addition, the project includes the discussion of the channeling of the bands destined to the Personal Mobile Service – SMP, especially the 850 MHz, 900 MHz and 1,800 MHz bands destined through Resolutions nº 454, of December 11, 2006.
The CP started on 10/06/2021, with a deadline for receiving contributions until 11/22/2021 (48 days).
