 Destacamos a seguinte da ORCN:

Publicação da CONSULTA PÚBLICA Nº 45, DE 27 DE JUNHO DE 2022 com proposta para definição de requisitos técnicos mandatórios para avaliação da conformidade de interface de carregamento por fio com padrão USB tipo C em telefones móveis celulares.

A CP 45/2022, publicada em 28/06/2022 ficará disponíveis a contribuições por 60 dia, até 27/08/2022.

As contribuições devem ser feitas obrigatoriamente por meio do sistema Participa Anatel, nova plataforma de consultas públicas da Agência, acessível em: https://apps.anatel.gov.br/ParticipaAnatel acessando o menu “CONSULTAS ABERTAS”.

 We would like to highlight the following Public Consultation:

Publication of PUBLIC CONSULTATION # 45, from June 27th, 2022 with a proposal to define mandatory technical requirements for assessing the compliance of the wired charging interface with the Type-C standard USB in mobile phones.

PC 45/2022, has been published in 06/28/2022 and it will be open for contributions for 60 days, until 08/27/2022.

Contributions must be made exclusively through the “Participa Anatel” system, which is the Agency’s new public consultation platform, accessible at: https://apps.anatel.gov.br/ParticipaAnatel by accessing the “OPEN CONSULTATIONS” menu.
