Destacamos a que segue:
CONSULTA PÚBLICA N°37, Consulta Pública para atualização dos requisitos voltados à avaliação da conformidade técnica de Telefone Móvel Celular, objetivando: incluir parâmetros de testes para equipamentos com a tecnologia 5G operando em ondas milimétricas (Frequency Range 2: 24,25 GHz a 52,6 GHz); atualizar as referências normativas dos requisitos para a versão 16.6.0 do release 16 do 3GPP; e implementar medidas que garantam a fruição do serviço de radiodifusão sonora em frequência modulada (FM) em terminais de acesso ao Serviço Móvel Pessoal (SMP).
Dando sequência ao estabelecimento da regulamentação técnica para as redes 5G, considerando que os requisitos técnicos e operacionais de condições de uso da faixa de 26 GHz são definidos em ato específico pela Superintendência de Outorga e Recursos à Prestação, propõe-se a definição dos requisitos para certificação dos equipamentos que operam nesta faixa de frequências por meio da Minuta de Ato, a qual a área técnica propõe que seja submetida ao procedimento de Consulta Pública.
Adicionalmente, propõe-se a atualização da referência normativa para os ensaios de equipamentos com tecnologia FR1 e a inclusão de requisito aplicável a aparelhos que operam em quaisquer tecnologias para atendimentos à diretriz do Ministério das Comunicações em fomentar a funcionalidade de recepção do serviço de radiodifusão sonora em frequência modulada (FM) nos equipamentos terminais de acesso ao Serviço Móvel Pessoal (SMP). Tal diretriz, aprovada pela Portaria MCOM nº 2.523, de 4 de maio de 2021, estabelece que cabe à Anatel adotar medidas que garantam a fruição do serviço de radiodifusão FM nesses terminais.
A CP teve início em 27/07/2021, com prazo para recebimento de contribuições até 25/09/2021 (61 dias).

We highlight the following:
PUBLIC CONSULTATION No. 37, Public Consultation to update the requirements for the assessment of technical compliance of Mobile Cell Phones, aiming to: include test parameters for equipment with 5G technology operating in millimeter waves (Frequency Range 2: 24.25 GHz to 52 .6GHz); update the normative references to the requirements for version 16.6.0 of the 3GPP release 16; and implement measures that guarantee the enjoyment of the sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency (FM) in access terminals to the Personal Mobile Service (SMP).
Continuing with the establishment of the technical regulation for 5G networks, considering that the technical and operational requirements for conditions of use of the 26 GHz band are defined in a specific act by the Superintendence of Granting and Provisioning Resources, it is proposed to define the requirements for certification of equipment operating in this frequency range through the Draft Act, which the technical area proposes to be submitted to the Public Consultation procedure.
Additionally, it is proposed to update the normative reference for testing equipment with FR1 technology and the inclusion of a requirement applicable to devices operating in any technologies to comply with the Ministry of Communications’ directive on promoting the reception functionality of the sound broadcasting service modulated frequency (FM) in the terminal equipment for access to the Personal Mobile Service (SMP). Such guideline, approved by MCOM Ordinance No. 2523, of May 4, 2021, establishes that Anatel is responsible for adopting measures that guarantee the enjoyment of the FM radio broadcasting service in these terminals.
The CP started on 07/27/2021, with a deadline for receiving contributions until 09/25/2021 (61 days).
