Destacamos a que segue:
CONSULTA PÚBLICA Nº23, Regulamentação da faixa de 4.800-4.990 MHz, constante do Item nº 16 da Agenda Regulatória para o biênio 2021-2022 (Item nº 33 da Agenda Regulatória para o biênio de 2019-2020).
Trata-se de processo de revisão regulamentar da faixa de 4.800 MHz a 4.990 MHz, prevista no item nº 16 da Agenda Regulatória para o biênio 2021-2022. A inclusão do item na Agenda teve como sua principal motivação a atualização das destinações e condições de uso da faixa, de forma a tornar possível de utilizar a faixa para os sistemas IMT (International Mobile Telecommunications), tendo em vista a crescente demanda de tráfego por dispositivos móveis, que tende a aumentar em decorrência do desenvolvimento de novas tecnologias como aquelas inerentes à telefonia móvel de 5ª geração (5G).
A CP inicia em 11/05/21, 14h, com prazo para o recebimento de contribuições até 28/06/2021 (46 dias).

We highlight the following:
PUBLIC CONSULTATION No. 23, Regulation of the 4.800-4.990 MHz band, contained in Item No. 16 of the Regulatory Agenda for the 2021-2022 biennium (Item No. 33 of the Regulatory Agenda for the 2019-2020 biennium).
This is a regulatory review process in the range from 4,800 MHz to 4,990 MHz, provided for in item 16 of the Regulatory Agenda for the 2021-2022 biennium. The main reason for including the item in the Agenda was to update the destinations and conditions of use of the strip, in order to make it possible to use the strip for the IMT (International Mobile Telecommunications) systems, in view of the growing demand for traffic by mobile devices, which tends to increase as a result of the development of new technologies such as those inherent to 5th generation mobile telephony (5G).
The CP starts on 05/11/21, 14h, with a deadline for receiving contributions until 06/28/2021 (46 days).
