Comunicamos a publicação do ATO Nº 13011, DE 01 DE SETEMBRO DE 2023, que atualiza os requisitos para certificação de carregador de telefone celular aprovados pelo Ato nº 5159, de 08 de abril de 2022.

RESOLVE:
Art. 1º Alterar o artigo 2º do Ato nº 5159, de 08 de abril de 2022, que passa a vigorar com a seguinte redação:
“Art. 2º Revogar o Ato nº 3481, de 31 de maio de 2019, 720 (setecentos e vinte) dias após a publicação deste ato.”
Art. 2º Alterar o artigo 3º do Ato nº 5159, de 08 de abril de 2022, que passa a vigorar com a seguinte redação:
“Art. 3º Este Ato entra em vigor 180 (cento e oitenta) dias após sua publicação no Boletim de Serviço Eletrônico da Anatel, sendo mandatória a aplicação de seu anexo 720 (setecentos e vinte) dias após a data de sua publicação.”

RESOLVES:
Art. 1 Amend article 2 of Act No. 5159, of April 8, 2022, which shall enter into force with the following wording:
“Art. 2 Revoke Act No. 3481, of May 31, 2019, 720 (seven hundred and twenty) days after the publication of this act.”
Art. 2 Amend article 3 of Act No. 5159, of April 8, 2022, which shall enter into force with the following wording:”
Art. 3 This Act enters into force 180 (one hundred and eighty) days after its publication in Anatel’s Electronic Service Bulletin, the application of its annex being mandatory 720 (seven hundred and twenty) days after the date of its publication.”
