NCC News | Atmosfera Explosiva (Portaria Inmetro 115) – Obrigação do Requerente/Fornecedor/Titular e da Empresa responsável pelo Tratamento das Reclamações estarem legalmente estabelecidas no Brasil.

Prezados,

De acordo com a nova Portaria Inmetro nº 115/2022 para Atmosferas Explosivas, que entrou em vigor em 1º de abril de 2022, informamos que o prazo para adequação do Certificado Requerente/Fornecedor/Titular expirou em 1º de abril de 2024:

• Portaria INMETRO 115, de 21 de março de 2022

Art.10A. Os certificados emitidos com base no subitem 4.18 da Portaria Inmetro 179 de 18 de maio de 2010, deverão estar em conformidade com o Anexo I no prazo de 24 (vinte e quatro) meses a partir da data de vigência da norma.

NCC News | Ex (Inmetro Regulation 115) – Obligation of the Applicant/Supplier/Holder and the Company responsible for Handling Complaints to be legally established in Brazil.

 

Dear,

According to Inmetro Regulation #115 for Explosive Atmosphere Equipment, which came into force on April 1, 2022, the deadline to meet the requirements was April 1, 2024.

• From April 1 on is mandatory to have a local representative established in Brazil in order to meet the requirements of the Regulation 115,2022.

Art.10A. The certificates issued based on sub-item 4.18 of Inmetro regulation 179 of May 18, 2010, must be in conformity with Annex I within 24 (twenty-four) months from the effective date of the regulation.
