We inform Ato Publication No. 5885, of April 29, 2026, that it approves the technical requirements and test procedures relating to the evaluation of the technical conformity of the product “internal signal reinforcing product (Repeditor) for the SMP”.
Resolve to repeal Ato nº 2271, of February 9, 2022.
This Act entered into force on the date of its publication in the Electronic Services Bulletin of Anatel on April 30, 2026.
Other information:
The equipment classified as Internal Sinai Reinforcer for the SMP must contain on its body, in its packaging, in its operating manual and in its Homologation Certificate, warning messages, legible, containing the following statements:
“The installation of the internal signal reinforcing product and its connection to the telecommunication networks requires prior notice from the Personal Mobile Service Provider (SMP) authorized to use the radio frequencies in the area in which the equipment is installed. Indevited or without the announcement of the SMP provider, it will be able to carry administrative sanctions and penalties to those responsible.”
"The operation of this equipment must be immediately interrupted in cases where interference is generated, by request of Anatel or a Personal Mobile Service Provider (SMP)."
“The equipment must be used only in an internal environment.”
