ANATEL has published Act No. 5314, of April 14, 2026, which approves the Technical Requirements and Test Procedures for Conformity Assessment of Lithium Secondary Accumulators for Stationary Applications.
We emphasize that this Act is in effect, and its application is mandatory from October 12, 2026.

It is important for Manufacturers who have these products that operate with the chemical element Lithium for the necessary updates. From this Act onwards, Certification becomes necessary.
