ANATEL has published the Operational Procedure for Administrative Handling in SISCOMEX of Import Operations of Goods Subject to Approval by Anatel.
Changes:
Approval of the new Operational Procedure that adds the Administrative Treatment of Anatel in SISCOMEX, defining the information fields of the Single Import Declaration (Duimp), as set forth in Annex III of Normative Instruction RFB No. 680, of October 2, 2006, and which will be required for the performance of Control and inspection activities for import operations (as per Article 9-A, sole paragraph, of Decree No. 660, of September 25, 1992).

Article 3. This Act enters into force on May 25, 2026 - [Act No. 18,086, of November 25, 2025]”
There were adjustments to the text compared to Act No. 4,521, of June 21, 2021, as well as the full inclusion of the provisions of item 10. ADMINISTRATIVE TREATMENT, the main reason for updating the procedure.
