We would like to highlight the following Public Consultation:
Publication of PUBLIC CONSULTATION # 61, from September 22, 2022 with the proposal to define mandatory technical requirements for assessing the compliance of the equipment of the Smart TV Box type, aiming at the creation of a specific product classification and the inclusion of procedures for verification the presence of features aimed at violating Brazilian copyright legislation.
PC 61/2022, has been published on 09/22/2022 and it will be open for contributions for 60 days, until 11/20/2022.
Contributions must be made exclusively through the “Participa Anatel” system, which is the Agency’s new public consultation platform, accessible at: https://apps.anatel.gov.br/ParticipaAnatel by accessing the “OPEN CONSULTATIONS” menu.
